What happens after my trial ends?
Your 14-day trial includes full access to all Pro features. After the trial, you can choose any plan that fits your needs. If you don't upgrade, your account will be paused but your data will be retained for 30 days.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What counts as a "record"?
A record is any security event ingested by Sentinel Nerd — syslog messages, IDS/IPS alerts, Protect events, Access events, and more. Each log line or API event counts as one record. You can monitor your daily usage in Settings > Usage.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom terms for multi-year agreements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for any plan. Enterprise customers receive complimentary onboarding assistance and can request custom integration development.
