How do I connect my UniFi controller?

Navigate to Settings > Integrations > UniFi Controllers in your dashboard. Click "Add Controller" and enter your controller URL and credentials. See our Getting Started guide for detailed instructions.

What UniFi controllers are supported?

Sentinel Nerd supports all UniFi controllers: Dream Machine Pro, Dream Machine SE, Dream Router, Cloud Key Gen2, and self-hosted UniFi Network Application. Both local and remote (unifi.ui.com) connections are supported.

How do I set up alert notifications?

Go to Settings > Integrations > Alert Channels and click "Add Channel." We support Slack, Discord, PagerDuty, email, and custom webhooks. See our integration guides for step-by-step setup.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't do long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We run on AWS with isolated VPCs and undergo regular security audits. See our Security page for full details.
